The Chief Fire Control Officer NI has declared a total fire ban for Norfolk Island, effective from Monday 16 December 2024 until further notice.
Under the Norfolk Island Supreme Court Act 1960, the Rules of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory are the Rules of the Supreme Court of Norfolk Island.

All documents must be filed in the Supreme Court Registry, New Military Barracks, Kingston, Norfolk Island.
