Legal Aid may be available to residents of Norfolk Island under the Legal Aid Act 1995 (NI).
Applications are processed through the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, and the Arts.
Completed forms should be emailed directly to NI_Legalaid@infrastructure.gov.au.
If you do not have access to email you may lodge the form in hard copy at the Office of the Administrator, New Military Barracks, Kingston, during office hours.
