The function of Courts and Tribunals falls under the Registry, Courts, and Lands office. The office is responsible for the administrative and statutory functions of the following:
- Supreme Court
- Court of Petty Sessions
- Coroners Court
- Employment Tribunal
- Mental Health Tribunal
- Administrative Review Tribunal
- Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Commonwealth).
The Court House is located within the Old Military Barracks, Quality Row, Kingston. Its facilities include the provision for the electronic recording of proceedings and video conferencing when required.
