NORFOLK TELECOM ROLLS OUT NEW DATA PLANS

Norfolk Telecom is introducing new monthly data allowances for their $30, $50, $90 and $180 plans from 1 August 2024.

Existing customers will be automatically transferred to a new plan with the same monthly fee currently being charged but including the benefits of increased data included in the new plan. The $10 plan will not change. 

Enquiries about changing existing plans or opening a new account can be made through Customer Care or by calling 22001.

ADSL 30 - $30 per month / 50GB peak + 50GB off peak.  Additional data use cost of allowance is $4/GB

ADSL 50 - $50 per month / 100GB peak + 100GB off peak.  Additional data use cost of allowance is $3/GB

ADSL 90 - $90 per month / 100GB peak + 200GB off peak + unlimited over weekends.  Additional data use cost of allowance is $2/GB

ADSL 180 - $180 per month / 250GB peak + unlimited off peak + unlimited over weekends.  Additional data use cost of allowance is $1/GB

Additional data costs for use above the plan allocation apply as shown.  Note that peak hours are from midnight to 3:00pm and off-peak hours are 3:00pm to midnight.
